<description>Thank you, yes! An Eastern Orthodox understanding of heaven and hell is SO helpful(http://aggreen.net/beliefs/heaven_hell.html), and my friend Stacy is reading a book called Defying Death about a revival in the Coptic Church in Egypt from a while ago. Apparently the church was nearly dead and the people weren&#039;t even sure what it preached, so this one man (sorr for the vagueness) decided to go back to the original teachings of the church and all of the sudden they started casting out demons and putting together healing ministries. Praise God for life in the here and now.

Also, we listened to a German-Eqyptian quote that very same verse from Luke in Jerusalem. He tries to live by it, and so he lives in Gaza and delivers food and what else is needed to the impoverished families (which make up about 80% of the families in the Gaza Strip). His name is Philip, and this is his blog: http://tabulagaza.blogspot.com/2007/07/alan-johnston-is-free.html

I hope you enjoy it and learn from it. :)</description>
